Casa campesina tradicional Canaria, de finales del siglo XIX, restaurada, manteniendo la estructura y los materiales tradicionales.
Esta situada en el Parque Rural del Nublo, en el centro de la Isla de Gran Canaria, en medio de pintorescas montanas. Consta de 2 dormitorios, uno con dos camas y otro con cama de matrimonio, mas tresillo sofa cama en el salon, calefaccion central, bano moderno y amplio con ducha, cocina equipada con vitroceramica, microondas, etc, lavadora-secadora, Tv-video, dvd, equipo de musica, terraza-jardin de 80 m2 con vistas panoramicas y un area para sentarse con barbacoa. Aparcamiento cercano a la casa.
En esta zona existen amplias posibilidades de actividades al aire libre: pasear, escalar, fotografia, etc. siendo ideal para descansar del ajetreado estilo de vida moderno.

A traditional Canarian farm house. Dating from the 19th century. It has been fully modernised while retaining its original character and old world charm. Located in the heart of the Nublo National park the house nestles in the mountains at the centre of the island. It is 9 kilometres by road to the pretty village of Tejeda, which has local amenities. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin and a double sofa bed in the lounge. A modern bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave washer dryer fridge etc. The lounge has a TV ,video & music centre. Heating and hot water by a modern gas system. Outside the house is set in an 80 square meter garden with stunning views of the mountains. There is a patio with seating area and barbeque. Parking is available near to the house. The area offers a wealth of outdoor activities including walking, climbing photography etc. Casa Bentayga is the perfect retreat from a busy modern lifestyle.
Useful information:
Tejeda has a small bank and is open in the mornings but closes during the afternoon. There is no ATM machine, but it does change money and travellers checks There is a small shop close to the Church this is accessed via green doors facing the church it closes for the usual siesta opening again around 5pm. There are 2 restaurants and a bar, also a petrol filling station.
